How Our Hiring Process Works
Booking your caravan with us is quick and easy. Once you’ve chosen the van that suits your trip, simply book online through our website.
You’ll receive an instant booking confirmation email with all the details you need. After that, we’ll be in touch personally to confirm your pick-up arrangements and answer any questions you might have. Before your hire begins, we’ll prepare the van and ensure everything is ready for your trip. We’re here to make sure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible from booking right through to your return.
What’s Included in Your Hire
All of our caravans come fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your trip — no need to pack the kitchen sink!

Insurance & Bond Information
For your peace of mind, all hires include comprehensive insurance cover. We require a refundable security bond, payable prior to collection of your van. This bond is held securely and fully refunded once the caravan is returned in its original condition, subject to our standard hire terms.

Pick Up & Drop Off Information
Pick Up:
Your caravan will be ready for collection from our location in Wesley.Once you have made your booking, send us an email with your chosen collection time between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We’ll respond as soon as we can to confirm your pick-up time.
When you arrive, we’ll provide a thorough handover and walk you through everything you need to know, from hitching and towing to setting up camp and using all the caravan features.We deliver a comprehensive handover and are happy to go over points to ensure you feel ready and confident to hit the road.
Drop Off:
Returning your caravan is just as easy. No need to select a drop off time.We ask that you return the van in the same clean condition you received it. If you prefer, we offer an optional end-of-hire cleaning service for added convenience, simply let us know when booking. Once you've dropped the van off, we'll complete a return check, and your bond will be processed accordingly.
